Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. What LemmeGIG is
LemmeGIG is an app for musicians and bands: keep your songs with chords, plan gigs and rehearsals, build setlists and share them with the people you play with. These Terms are the agreement between you and Radoslav Mihov (an individual based in Bulgaria; "LemmeGIG", "we", "us") for using the app at lemmegig.app and the website at lemmegig.com.
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Public beta
LemmeGIG is in public beta. It works and your data is backed up every night, but it's still being built: features change, and things can go wrong. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- You log in with a code emailed to you. Keep access to that email address secure; whoever can read it can log in as you.
- One account per person. You can belong to as many artists as you like.
4. Artists, members and access
- An artist is a shared space for a band, or for you alone. Every account gets one personal artist.
- The artist's owner decides who's in it and what each member can do (Admin, Editor or Viewer), and can hand the artist over to another member.
- Members see the artist's songs, events and the other members' names and phone numbers. Only invite people you trust.
- Guest links let anyone who has the link see one setlist or event, until it's cancelled.
5. Your content
- What you add is yours: songs, lyrics, chords, notes and everything else. We claim no ownership of it.
- You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to you and to the people you share it with (members, guest links), only to run LemmeGIG.
- You're responsible for having the right to use what you add. Chords and lyrics of songs written by others are common in LemmeGIG for personal and rehearsal use; how you use them is your responsibility.
- Copyright complaints: if you believe something on LemmeGIG infringes your copyright, email support@lemmegig.com with what it is and why. We look into it and remove it if warranted.
- Your data leaves with you: email us and we'll send you a full copy of your content (songs as ChordPro, everything else as JSON). An in-app export is planned.
6. Price
LemmeGIG is free during the beta, with every feature included. If we ever introduce paid plans:
- you'll be told at least 30 days before anything changes for you;
- you'll never be charged unless you choose to subscribe;
- if you don't, nothing you've added is deleted.
Paid plans will come with their own terms, which you'll see before subscribing.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use LemmeGIG to:
- store or share unlawful content, or content you have no right to use;
- abuse invites, guest links or accounts (for example, creating accounts automatically or working around limits);
- try to reach other people's data without permission;
- disrupt or overload the service.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Leaving
- You can delete your account at any time: email support@lemmegig.com from the address you log in with. It's done within 30 days. We can send you a copy of your content first.
- If you own an artist with other members, we'll ask you to hand it over to one of them first (Artist → ⋯ → Hand over), so the band keeps its songs.
- We may close the service. If we do, you'll get at least 60 days' notice and can get a copy of your content throughout.
9. No guarantees
LemmeGIG is provided as is, especially during the beta. We work to keep it running and backed up, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using LemmeGIG (for example, a gig that went badly because the app was unavailable). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can go to court there.
12. Changes
When these Terms change in a way that matters, we tell users in the app and/or by email before the change takes effect. If you keep using LemmeGIG after that, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, you can leave (§8).
